I thought the designs looked nice at first, but after a while you notice they’re basic. They’re okay, just nothing that really stands out

I’ll admit, I mostly noticed the look of it right away and it does look nice. But once I picked it up, the metal felt thinner than I expected, and that’s kind of the thing I kept focusing on. It gives it a slightly flimsy feel overall

My order showed up with one of the parts bent, which was a bit annoying. It took a couple of emails to get everything sorted out, but they did send me a replacement in the end. Not really a perfect experience, but fair enough overall.

I had to return an item because, i probably should’ve checked the details better before ordering. The refund came through really fast though, with no hassle at all. Happy with how easy the whole thing was.

There was loads to pick from and I managed to find bits for the whole garden, which was great. That said, after the mix-up I was expecting a quick apology.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but they got back to me quickly and were actually really helpful.

So my order turned up and one of the metal flowers was bent, which was a bit frustrating because it was supposed to be a gift, and you know when you’ve got something all planned in your head and then it’s just not quite right.
I emailed metalgardenart.co.uk with a couple of photos, not really knowing if it would turn into one of those back-and-forth things, but they replied the next day and just sorted it. Replacement sent out quickly, no fuss, no long forms, no awkward arguing about it.
It would’ve been 5 stars if it had arrived perfect the first time, obviously, but the way they dealt with it was decent. These things happen, I suppose, and at least they put it right without making it a headache...

I found what I was looking for quickly, and checking out was simple too. That part went smoother than I expected, so overall it was a good experience.

Paying for my order was smooth overall. The page loaded without any issues, and I got the confirmation fairly quickly after finishing up. It wasn’t anything flashy, but everything was clear and easy to follow. I’d be fine using it again.

It does look nice in the pictures, but in person I was a bit disappointed. The metal felt thinner than I expected, and the finish had some flaws once I looked at it up close. it kind of feels like the photos made it seem a little nicer than it actually is.
If it had been cheaper, I probably wouldn’t have minded as much. But for what I paid, I expected better quality. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

I had a good feeling when I opened the package, and sure enough, it arrived in perfect shape. No dents, no scratches, nothing that made me worry at all.

Right out of the box I could tell this was packed with care. It arrived safe, and the packaging looked solid, neat, and not thrown together.

The item turned out nice in the end, but I was a bit confused about the delivery. It took longer than I expected, and the updates were sparse, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on. Giving it 3 stars because the product itself was fine, but the waiting part wasn’t great

The order confirmation email came later than I expected, which was a little confusing. It’s not even about that specifically, I just wasn’t sure for a while if my order had actually gone through or not

I was able to find what I needed and checkout went through without any real issues, so to be fair, the process did work. A few pages were slower than I expected, and right after placing the order I wasn’t completely sure it had actually gone through. The confirmation email showed up after a short wait, so it all turned out okay. Not a bad experience, just feels like it could be a bit smoother and more reassuring.

I’m really happy with my order. I was a little unsure at first, you know, whether it would actually look like the pictures on the website, but... it really does. The colours and the detail are spot on, and it looks lovely out in the garden. It arrived really well packed too, so yeah, I’d definitely order again...

The design is nice, but the paint finish wasn’t great. There were a few patchy spots, and the edges looked a little rough too. For the price, I was expecting it to look a bit more polished.

It looks nice, don’t get me wrong, but wow... I swear it looked way bigger in the photos. I put it in the garden and had a whole dramatic moment because it felt so much smaller than I expected. Not terrible, just definitely not the size I had built up in my head.

I bought a metal garden stake after spotting a few designs that felt a little different from what you normally see around. It’s now sitting in one of my flower beds and, judging by the comments people make when they come over, it definitely stands out. Delivery was a bit slower than I’d hoped, which is why I’m giving 4 stars, but I’m still really pleased with it overall

I actually really liked that the prices were clear right from the start, because I’m the kind of person who gets annoyed when I think something is one price and then suddenly there are random fees or extra costs at checkout. That didn’t happen here, which made the whole process feel a lot easier. I could compare what I wanted, understand what I was paying for, and place the order without second-guessing it
